Tenants 60-day move-out notice

Notice

Tenant must submit a 60-Day Move-out Notice Form either by fax, email or online. Verbal Notices are not accepted. Failure to provide proper written notice will automatically renew the lease period per the leasing agreement. Notices can be given at any time, provided move-out date is at the end of the calendar month and notice was given at least 60 days prior to move-out date.

Security Deposit

Getting ready to move-out?

In order to make sure you get back your security deposit, please amend any damages done to the property during your stay. For more information you may review your leasing agreement and all addendums attached.

Rent Payments

You are responsible for the full rent due up to the actual move-out date. Rent not received on time during the 60-day Notice term will be deemed late and will incur late fees, and further legal action may be taken to remedy it.

Early Departure

If you decide to vacate the property prior to the actual move  out date, please contact us at info@LeoPrimeProperties.com to schedule a time to return all keys. Please note that you will still be responsible for Rent due until the 60th day of the move-out notice. If you fail to return the keys, you will be charged a re-key fee and all other expenses associated with gaining access to the property as indicated in the leasing agreement.

Move-out Walk Through

Move-out Walk Through is conducted after property has been returned to its pre-lease condition, clean and free of all personal property, and all keys returned to our staff members. A move-out walk through is usually performed within 5 days of tenant vacating the property. LEO Prime Properties is not liable for any items left inside the property after move-out date.

Early Termination

We understand that sometimes reality changes and you are forced to terminate your lease earlier than the agreed upon date. In most cases, LEO Prime Properties will accommodate your request, pending a 60-day notice and applicable fees. For more information, please refer to your leasing agreement.
