Investors don’t like surprises, especially in the form of a bill without any prior knowledge, which is why we tell you about all maintenance requests and issues. These alerts come in a direct email with a description, details, price estimate/quote, pictures, and a simple “Approve” button. You can always request more details and/or changes.

If you are unhappy with our services, we’d like to hear from you and promise to do everything in our power to correct it. If you are still unhappy, you are fee to cancel our services, with no early termination fees or penalties, with a 60 day notice.

Found a better price with one of our competitors? We’ll match it. We just need a written copy and make sure they don’t charge other fees we don’t.

We don’t get paid if you don’t get paid. If rent is not paid, the property is vacant, or rent is not coming in for any other reason, we will not charge you a management fee.

Our tenant placement process is so efficient that we can guarantee a 10 day transition between former and new tenants. Ask us about this guarantee to get more information. In addition, If for any reason a tenant needs to be replaced within the first 3 months, we will do it free of charge.
