• Q: I am looking for more detailed reports. Where do I find them?

  A: If you click on Reports (top right) a list of reports will open up. Choose the property and time frame and either Run Report or Export. One of the most comprehensive and easy to understand reports is the Rental Owner Statement. There you will find all income, expenses, payments to/from you and every financial figure associated with your property.

• Q: What documents do you need from me?

  A: There are a few things we need to get you started. In order to expedite the process, please have ready a copy of your Deed or Settlement Statement (the forms you received when you closed on the house), and a W9.

  W-9
